Shipping Services
We work together with PostNL for all domestic orders. Orders placed outside the Netherlands will be sent with the postal company with which PostNl is connected in the relevant country.

Shipping fees
Letterbox fitting packages within The Netherlands have a fixed amount of €4.60 with track & trace.
Orders that do not fit the letterbox are being delivered to your door with costs starting from € 6.75 with track & trace, depending on the weight.

Belgium , Denmark (excl. Faroe Islands and Greenland) , Germany , France (incl. Corsica and Monaco) , Italy (excl. San Marino and Vatican City) , Luxembourg, Austria , Spain (incl. Balearic Islands, excl. Canary Islands), Sweden – Parcel post with Track & Trace € 13,-

Europe 2
Albania, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canary Islands, Cyprus, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Kosovo, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, North Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro , Norway, Ukraine, Poland, Romania, Portugal (incl. Azores and Madeira), San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, United Kingdom (incl. Channel Islands and Gibraltar), Vatican City, Switzerland – Parcel post with Track & Trace € 18.50

World
All other countries that are not mentioned above fall under Word and have a shipping amount of € 28,05

The total amount of my order is less than the shipping costs, do I still have to pay the € 4.60 to receive my purchase?
Yes, by giving every order a track and trace code, we ensure that as few packages as possible are lost during the shipping procedure. But every order contains little gifts no matter what amount of your purchase, so that is something to look foreward to. :)

Where can I track my package?
All postal packages are sent via PostNL, you can track them with the barcode that you will receive once your purchase has been sent. Follow your package via http://www.postnl.nl or http://www.internationalparceltracking.com and enter your tracking code here. The Dutch PostNL company hands over the packages to their partners in the destination country. As a reference you can use the PostNL code with your general Mail company of your country.

Please note that Likestationery is not liable for any customs or import duties applicable to the receiving country.

How soon can I expect my order?
Your order will be sent to you as soon as possible, in any case within 36 hours after you have placed the order. We ship daily, except orders placed on weekends or National holidays. They will be sent on the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation email of your order and once it has been shipped you will receive a shipping email with tracking proof.

 
Can I order online and pick up my selection in store?
Yes, you can place an order and select Pick Up at the Check out. Please wait for the email that your purchase is ready before you come to pick it up.
