Return Policy

It is Likestationery policy to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in a perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product that is sold.

If you are unhappy with your unused purchase and wish to return or exchange the goods, please sent an email to customerservice@likestationery.com

Please provide us with the following order details:

1. Invoice number
2. Item name

You will be given instructions about how to return the goods which must be made without undue delay and in any case within 14 days after receiving the return information from us.
Alternatively, the goods can also be returned to the Likestationery store at: Prinsenstraat 24, 1015DD Amsterdam.

You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for return from your home to our warehouse are for your own account.

We will refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when returning.
